The Marathon 41mm Original SAR Date Automatic Bracelet OSAR-D WW194006SS is based upon the Original SAR - Search and Rescue - model made back in the early 2000s. As with any Marathon watch, it is made with a practical purpose in mind, as these watches are worn by professionals who use them to the fullest. The OSAR-D features an extremely legible dial, which enhanced by a 1.5x magnification loupe over the date. The case is sturdy, but still very comfortable at 41mm with a lug to lug distance of 48mm and provides an impressive 300 meter water resistance.
Under the hood is a reliable, automatic, Swiss Made Sellita SW200-1 movement and bringing an extra layer of comfort is Marathon´s amazingly comfortable metal bracelet, which is military grade and also supplied to the U.S. Government and features a diver extension.
The OSAR is the original and has a unique blend of a real, practical, tool watch, that still looks elegant on your wrist, so that even on your off days you can enjoy this beautiful piece!
