Denby Arabesque teapot designed by Gill Pemberton in the 1960s, inspired by a trip to Russia. Teapot has a distinctive 1970s style with yellow, brown, and red circles on a dark brown background.The inspiration for the design came from a trip to Russia. The Arabesque range is made of buffed stoneware and has a base glaze of dark brown and semi matt brown, with yellow and red enamels of circles and a central Daisy Arabesque pattern.Made of durable brown ceramic . It is used for steeping and serving tea. Holds approx 5 Cups It is dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand washing is recommended to prevent discoloration. Discontinued item . Made from 1964-1981Excellent condition. Around inside edge on top underneath where lid sits small chip. Been repaired and sealed. Very minor .
