Beautifully painted vintage Limoges, France small plate is hand painted with floral and leaf detail, and features gilt serpentine banding. This plate measures 7-1/2 inches in diameter. The back of the plate is marked "Haviland France Haviland & Co. Pour Chas. Emerson & Sons Haverhill MA".
