Very, very rare brand new department 56 M&Ms happy birthday lighted house and candy holder. It includes one ceramic house and one ceramic bowl and the original paperwork, in the original plastic foam and box!The boxes is in great condition for its age, there is some signs of wear and tear at the corners, but it´s to be expected with something this old.This was sealed, see pictures. I unsealed it to verify that it was in fact new.This was stored in a finished basement bedroom for 20 years. It has a very slight musky/smoky odor that may or may not be detectable to anybody else.
