This Kate Spade diaper bag is used and shoulder straps are worn (see photos). other than shoulder straps, the bag doesn´t have any other defects that I can find. there are two outside pockets on each end as well as 4 inside pockets that are open plus 1 zip pocket inside. on the back there is a large pocket that holds the changing pad. The material is very forgiving and you can clean and wipe things off easily. Inside there´s a clip to attach keys.
