It comes with a changing pad that is ultra soft and is one of the reasons I purchased this bag over Prada’s. It’s also so cute that you can use it after the baby as a personal tote. It comes with a small zippered pouch, the red and navy shoulder band is removable. Had to track this bag down, very rare and SOLD OUT in retailers. Excellent bag!
