If you just stumbled on this listing prepare to fall in love.These handbags are woven by Master weavers of the Tenganan region, using Ata grass, a vine indigenous to the foothills of volcanoes on the Indonesian Island of Bali. This art form is handed down through the generations and is unique to Indonesia. The bags are not made in a factory, the artists work from home in their villages. Bags can take up to 4 weeks to complete. The warm golden honey color of the Ata grass develops naturally from slow smoking over fire of coconut husks soaked in honey. I believe this one is from the "original" BB company in Maryland This bag features a wide 3" grosgrain striped, white/tan ribbon that wraps around the entire bag and ties into a pleated bow. In the center of the bow is a round emblem that is gold and white, with a gold fox and hunting horn. The handles are leather. Cinch interior liner to keep items safe. Simply stunning! Condition: Excellent used condition. There is the tiniest bit of dust on the ribbon but it is extremely light. I tried to photograph but it is so light the camera can´t pick it up.
