Hi! This is a Christian Ulbricht German King Nutcracker Erzgebirge Volkskunst. It is pre-owned, pre-loved. It is in good condition, although the arms do move. One of the arms can slide out and be removed completely. It is fine for display as you have to forcefully pull it out, but you might want to consider repairing it. It does have a few light marks and dings. There is also an inscription at the bottom. There is a date stamp, marking it as from 1988 but the inscription says 1993.
