Brand new in box, retired and rare. The Four Calling Birds Shoppe is a Department 56 Dickens Village Series building, part of the Twelfth Night collection, introduced in 2015 and retired in 2017. It even plays bird chirping sounds! It´s a charming piece that plays directly into the "12 Days of Christmas" theme, making it both whimsical and historically resonant. Pre-owned, but never displayed. Includes light cord. NOTE: Dad had two of these, and both are new in box, hence the identical description. The first one sold this afternoon. I found this duplicate while preparing the other for shipping and reorganizing the inventory.
